Hi, I’m Lou — founder of The Silicon Road.
I’ve worked in IT for more than 15 years — repairing computers, supporting networks, and managing systems for homes and small businesses. I started with hands-on repair: diagnosing hardware, removing viruses, and recovering data people thought was gone for good.
Today I focus on what customers value most: fast remote support, flat-rate repairs, and monthly managed IT for local businesses.
I built The Silicon Road around a simple idea: you should know the price before work starts, you should be able to reach a real human, and if I can’t fix it, you shouldn’t pay.
