FAQ
Questions? Answers.
The things people ask me most.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — always. Phone and remote diagnosis are free, and you get a price before any work begins.
What if you can’t fix my computer?
You don’t pay. That applies to residential repairs.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs take 24–48 hours. Remote sessions are often solved the same day.
Do you come to me?
Drop-off and on-site visits are available in Pomona Valley and the Inland Empire. Remote support works anywhere in the U.S.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes — Windows PCs and Apple Macs.
Is remote support safe?
Yes. I use encrypted, industry-standard software. You watch everything and can end the session with one click.
Will you ever call me out of the blue?
No. I never cold-call anyone or ask you to install software you did not request. If someone claiming to be me does, hang up and call me directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards. Businesses are invoiced by email.
What is managed IT?
A flat monthly fee for monitoring, security updates, and help desk support — so problems get fixed before they stop your business.
Do business clients sign a contract?
Yes — a simple service agreement showing what is included, response times, and pricing. Month-to-month and annual options are available.
What is Silicon Shield™?
A personal tech protection line. Call or text before you click, pay, or panic and get a real IT expert on the phone. Plans start at $35/month.
Why are Silicon Shield™ calls recorded?
Recording starts only after you consent. It gives you a record of the advice you received and protects both of us.
Do you build websites?
Yes — see the Web Design page. Packages start at $499.
Still have a question?
Call or text — a real person will answer.
